1. Copy items

Redeliver

  • You can ask a redelivery for all copy items you bought with providing the proof. Please send us a notecard with the details of your purchase and we will answer you in a delay of 24 to 48  hours. You can find it here. Copy and paste to us all the transaction detail of the not delivered NOTsoBAD item.
  • Items are supplied only to the buyer account, we don’t give them to another one, it includes alts.
  • None redelivery will not be performed if your formal account has been banned.

Exchange

  • You cannot exchange your purchase against another item once the transaction is done.
  • You cannot exchange your purchase for a different color. Only customers who did a double purchase can ask a delivery for another item at the same price.
  • There are NO exchanges by a mistaken purchase, it includes a wrong recipient for a gift.

Refund

  • Strictly no refund. We cannot do a refund for a purchase, so please double check the name, colors, permissions, price, recipient, etc. of an item before buying it.


2. Transfer items

Redeliver

  • If a bug happens inworld (rezzed objects that disappear) we will not be able to resend you a no copy item. Though you can submit a ticket to Linden Lab explaining your problem they will do what is necessary to help you.
  • If you delete or lose a no copy item we cannot redeliver it.
  • None redelivery will not be performed if your formal account has been banned.

Exchange

  • Exchanges can be done only if the item doesn’t work properly (example: script).  In order to fulfill your exchange, please send us a notecard with the details of your purchase and we will answer you in a delay of 24 to 48  hours. You can find it here. Copy and paste to us all the transaction details of the not delivered NOTsoBAD item.
  • You cannot exchange your purchase against another item once the transaction is done.
  • You cannot exchange your purchase for a different color.
  • There are NO exchanges by a mistaken purchase, it includes a wrong recipient for a gift.
  • We DON’T offer replacements of no copy items by inventory loss. Approach Linden Labs in such issue.

3. Items properties

  • Please double check the properties of an item before buying it.
  • Please do not send requests to change the properties of a “NO MODIFY” item.
  • No refund will be done for the misunderstanding of the item’s properties.


4. NOTsoBAD rules

  • We don’t give or sell any texture, sculpt or script. No item will be sold with full permissions.
  • We don’t modify items and don’t change permissions.
  • We will not custom the items for sale.


5. Group

  • Be the first to be informed on new releases.
  • Get a free welcome gift.
  • Get a chance to win the latest releases (for each new item names are picked in the group).


6. Copyright

  • Works created and designed by NOTsoBAD may not be redistributed. If you find that an original item from NOTsoBAD is being given out by someone other than the original creators, Emilie Freund or Reda Bertolucci, please contact us immediately.
  • All designs contained herein are subject to copyright protections afforded by Title 17 of the U.S.C. and other International copyright laws. Violations of copyright will be pursued pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive or EUCD and other applicable laws and treaties.

  • We do not do any custom build. We only focus on our brand. Thank you for your understanding.
