- We cannot do a refund for a purchase.
- Exchanges can be done only if the item doesn’t work properly (example: script).  In order to fulfill your exchange, please send a notecard with the details of your purchase (transaction number, date of purchase, name of the product…) to Emilie Freund or Reda Bertolucci who will answer you in a delay of 24 to 48  hours.
- You cannot exchange your purchase against another item once the transaction is done.
- You cannot exchange your purchase for a different color.
- If a bug happens inworld (rezzed objects that disappear) we will not be able to resend you a no copy item. Though you can submit a ticket to Linden Lab explaining your problem they will do what is necessary to help you.
- If you delete or lose a no copy item we cannot redeliver it.
- We will not change the permissions of the items.
- We will not custom the items for sale.

Please double check the properties of an item before buying it.
No refund will be done for the misunderstanding of the item’s properties.
Please do not send requests to change the properties of a « NO MODIFY » item.

Anyone who copied our products will be sued and followed :
⇢ with an abuse report that will lead to the immediate close of the blamed person’s account
⇢ with a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) report set for this case to launch juridical proceedings that can lead to a trial for the most tricky situations.
Any person who owns a non official copy of an item or a part of an item will be subjected to legal proceedings leading to sanctions from Linden Lab.
If you see one of our creations on which the creator is nor Emilie Freund nor Reda Bertolucci, please let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements to sort this out.
